Shipping & Delivery

Orders from Outline are carefully packaged and sent using Royal Mail.

Art prints

Most art print orders are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 48. Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided via email, so you can follow your parcel’s journey. 

Greeting cards & A5 prints

Greeting cards and A5 prints are sent using a letter-sized postal service to keep your costs down, rather than Tracked 48. These orders may not include tracking, so delivery updates may not be available.

Packaging

Items are packaged within multiple layers, to ensure your artwork is protected as much as possible. This can include grey backing boards, cellophane sleeves and board-backed envelopes. If your order arrives damaged, please get in touch with me.

Processing & delivery times

Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be prepared and dispatched. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and begin once your order ships. They may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or other events outside of my control.

If your order hasn’t arrived within a reasonable time after the expected delivery window, please get in touch via the contact page and I’ll look into it.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your destination, order dimensions, and selected shipping method. Free standard shipping may be available on selected orders as displayed at checkout.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Need to change or cancel your order? Contact us as soon as possible. We may be able to accommodate changes before your order ships, but once it's in transit we're unable to modify it. Refunds for cancelled or delayed orders will be processed promptly to the original payment method where possible.
